Christmas is special in many way, and Christmas tamales are a favorite for 
so many of us. A few days ago I attended the Indio Tamale Festival (downtown Indio) in the desert area south of Palm Springs.
It was a great event to for people of all ages, it was like a street fair of great eats.
Here are a few photos I wanted to share. The admission was FREE, and some parking was free while other civic groups had great parking as a fundraiser.
Entertainment was provided on several different stages, I sat and listened to many myself. An
yway you look at it, the event was wonderful, so think about it for next year in beautiful downtown Indio, CA.
