Orange County Home Pricing for Northern OC Cities

After reading a recent community blog I read that someone asked about home pricing based on the per square foot price for a specific city. The writer was surprised that it was so low in comparison to neighboring communities within the same county.  It got me to thinking about the same thing myself. I’ve done a recap on some of our local So Cal cities in Northern/Central Orange County. These figures are based on recent closings for the month of April 2008.Home Prices in Orange County ~ OC By the Square Foot

Data source includes recent closings through the SoCal Multiple Listing Service, one of the largest MLS organizations in the U.S. which serves Orange County and portions of Los Angeles County.Data is based on recent closings 4/1 through 4/30/2008.

  • It’s important to note of course there are many factors location, condition, amenities, etc. which enter the equation,  this is the overall average.
