This Week-End Event June 9th & 10th,  2007

The spectacular Mission San Juan Capistrano, the 7th in the series of 21 is playing host to this popular event. It’s the Flower Garden and Fine Art Show.

This popular event held each June on the 10-acre grounds of the historic 200 year old Mission. Exhibits of beautiful flowers, plants, gardening items and a wide variety of crafts, art and also music.

Now through May 20 ~ Philharmonic House Tour of Design for 2007. This spectacular event is held annually beginning in April 24, and continues through May 20. Located in North Tustin, tour this home described as “Hampton Chic”. Cost is $30, and lunch is also available at Jay’s Café ~ free parking available. For more info: Philharmonic Society

May 12 ~ Down South in Encinitas, CA.- Celebrate Mother’s Day week-end, and make chocolate your friend at this special tasting, cooking demonstrations and a chocolate foundation and more at the fun event. Bring the kids for children’s activities and entertainment. Plant sales and Mother’s Day gifts will be available. May 12 ~Fullerton, CA.FIES ~ Fullerton Interfaith Emergency Services presents Food-Loving Guys raising money for FIES. Enjoy and evening of appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. In addition guests can explore up to 300 spectacularly restored cars included those of .Howard Hughes, Rita Hayworth and Clark Gable. Location 1045 South East Street at Astor Classics Museum. May 19 ~ Ladera Ranch, South Orange County “Taste of Ladera” for community and family fun. 11-7 at the Town Green, Sienna and Mercantile Dr. just off Crown Valley Pkwy in Ladera Ranch. Admission is FREE and the public is welcome to this great event, it’s the third-annual! Food and fun tickets $3 each. One dollar is returned to Ladera’s local non-profits. May 20 ~ Annual Sicilian Festival takes place in San Diego’s Little Italy. This popular event features costumed performers and traditional ethnic costumes and assorted food vendors.
