About two weeks ago, while watching GMA ~ Good Morning America I was excited to see the beautiful Inn was featured live on the show that morning. Complete with the local Riverside High School Band the site was spectacular. The dark backdrop of the early morning skies in So-Cal beautifully showcased the “Festival of Lights” for others to see.

The displays are featured indoors and out. Each and every side of the Mission Inn is decorated with mechanical themed displays including an international celebration of the holidays. The palm trees wrapped in lights are just amazing to see. Carriage rides are also available nearby.

In 2005 I also hosted the Preferred Home Brokers office Christmas party. It was a special event for us all. As for dining the Sunday brunch, is one of the best ever, only second (for me personally) to that of the Hotel Del Coronado in Coronado just from San Diego.

The Inn has also played host to many of the famous over the years, including President Ronald Regan and Nancy who were married at the Inn. I’ve seen the wedding photo downstairs in museum along with other history of this unique place.

The Mission’s Chapel is a truly picturesque place for a special wedding. Nor of my favorite photographers, Grant Younglove of Younglove Photography (originally a Riverside resident) photographs the place in most spectacular way. To see more on special events check out the event calendar.

Can’t you tell I just love this place!
