The current median price for re-sale homes in the city is in the mid $500,000 range.

This development is near the heart of the city of La Habra, residents can walk to the nearby City Hall, La Habra’s beautiful community center, post office and many other nearby places.
La Habra’s largest shopping area (including Lowes, Kohls, Sam’s Club and Walmart) at the Imperial and a Beach Blvd. will be just a short drive from this development.

La Habra, CA ~ New Homes come to the Heart of the CityLa Habra is a community of primarily single family homes, most of which are in the 40-50 year range for construction. This development (in addition to another recently built at Idaho and Lambert Rd.) will make a nice addition to newer housing within the city. Other construction in La Habra in recent years includes the upscale development of Westridge with most homes now in excess of one-million dollars. Westridge is south of Imperial Hwy. in the hills on the south side of the city overlooking the spectacular Westridge Golf Club.

La Habra Blvd. is known as the “Boulevard of the Bells” commemorating the original “El Camino Real” route which traversed the State of CA and crossed through the “now” city of La Habra.
