As a Realtor,  not long ago I made the decision to buy some furniture to help stage a home, a listing I had on the market for a family member. Actually I considered renting furniture and then I decided to shop around for other alternatives.  From there I bought a few things, beginning with the living room first. 

I’m happy to report the idea proved to be successful, the property sold in 30 days. Afterwards the furniture was moved to another vacant home needing staging. The second home also sold and and closed escrow last Thursday.  From there we moved the furniture to another vacant home, soon to also be on the market.

When it comes to selling your home, staging can absolutely crucial.
